    Default Straight Razor Boxes

Are old straight razor boxes basically all the same size?

I just found a Vintage ROBERT KLAAS SOLINGEN on e-bay (without a box.)

Coffins are generally not interchangeable as they fit pretty tightly but 'newer' rectangular boxes can be reused relatively easily.

Many razors are re-sold with non-original boxes.

My boxes go in a big plastic container when I receive a razor. I have a box for my boxes. What a strange thought.

I was thinking about those plastic cylinders that you put a toothbrush into when you pack it for traveling, but they probably don't have a broad enough girth.

There are some of the toothbrush travel type holders that will fit most any straight. I used a bunch of them when we sent supplies off to the Cavalry troopers. Google may be your friend search for these.

Dollar stores are your friend. They usually have them on hand. Each Store name Usually has different stock items. Usually the tubes are two for a dollar. most pharmacies also have them but at a higher price.

Here's a thread where a member fabricated his own coffin cases.
