Shaving Drip Bowl

Aw, you want the ultimate solution? Just do like we folks up here do and just wipe your blade on yer tongue.

all this is great...but ironically just goes to show mans need for some reason to always try and invent a better mousetrap. Not putting down the rubber thingy,I thought it was neat...just sayin is all.:)

OK, mine came a couple of days ago. Used it last night, with a 5/8 Genco Head Barber, and ended up rinsing in the sink like I always do. There's too much lather and whiskers left in the hollow of the blade. Maybe with another blade, the radius will work and clean out enough goo that I won't mind lifting the blade back to my face.

That's my experience; eager to hear any others.

I wipe mine on my arm. I don't have much room in my bathroom for any more trinkets.

Yes, it leaves some lather in the hollow so it cleans the wedges and 1/4 hollows pretty good. Personally I don't see much of a problem with a little left over. I see the drip bowl as a way to reduce the lather until the end. I like to do one rinse at the end.

+1. It's what I do, too. Also, as Zephyr does, I soak the sponge in hot water before use.

....i just received my drip bowl today from Royal Shave.....

.......i am a bit disappointed....it seems very flimsy....... i haven't used it yet, but i am thinking about just returning it....

...... the Carter and Bond Moroccan Cleaning Bowl seems a lot more substantial, but a lot more expensive......
