In many responses in threads members are referring to disposables. The more I read the more I get confused about this term. What is in the World of Razors a definition of a disposable?

Apparently a shavette is not a disposable, but what is one?

When we talk about disposables we mean a shavette where the blade is disposed of after use. When you talk about cartridge types like a Bic the entire unit is disposed of after use.
