A little gassy and a few bottom bulges but still turned out pretty good.
Snowy day for me too.
My fishin buddies wife been laid up at home for years because of medical reasons, and being incapable of walking.
So I figured I'd make a visit and bring along one of these fine, Pineapple cheese braid, loafs.

Turned out these two wholemeal multigrain loaves yesterday. This was a new recipe in a new oven (gas). Still some trial 'n error to go. Don't look the best but bloody tasty :)
