Drinking water after some coffee in the mornings. Would love a taste of single malt, yum!

I'm a transplanted Yankee, but believe my genes are the Scots-Irish settlers who settled in the mid Atlantic hills. Here in North Carolina, 'shine is an art. I've had a lot of expensive, high-end alcoholic beverages in my time, but good 'shine is still the really good stuff!

I am also a transplanted Yankee from Ohio, been here in TN for almost 40 years now.

I've got a friend here that makes his own, some real fine drinking and he keeps a jar in his freezer for me when I stop by to visit. Now, I'm not taking anything away from Climax, its some mighty fine drinking shine especially since its legal govt. regulated, better than some others I've tasted. Its still hard to beat the illegal stuff when its done right............
