I was going to roast the chicken thighs, sausage, and vegetables, but... I flaked. Instead, I steamed them. Delicious!
You can have everything, and still not have enough.
I'd give it all up, for just a little more.

Late to the game, just woke from the food coma.
Hope all had a good time, just the wife and I.
Smoked Turkey breast.
Mashed taters n gravy
Lima beans in chicken broth
Candied yams
5 Different pies
No need to check my blood sugar come morning...

I split the bird, brined it and cooked it in the UDS and served it with Caesar salad. No big spread but it wasn’t Thanksgiving here but I picked a bunch of birds up on sale last month.It's not what you know, it's who you take fishing!
