I've tried a bunch of hot sauces over the years. My favorite is a garlic hot sauce from 'Pain is Good': http://www.painisgood.com/pains.asp?sizzle=48
It's not as hot as the ads suggest and it has great flavor. A perfect addition for most pizzas.

I'm sort a hot sauce junky but the sauce I enjoy best is Frank's hot sauce.
A coworker gave me half a bottle of the pain is good garlic hot sauce, and I went through it much too quickly, that is a very tasty hot sauce!Quote:

The Pure Habanero is good and one of my favorites; they also have a cyan and jalapeño that is equally good. Magma has to be an interesting one, clear with the pepper extract floating around like a lava lamp, Hula Girl is a super good Chipotle Habanero sauce, I have a few of Blair’s reserve, a 2am and 4am? as well as the usual collection of death sauce. Nothing says love like 2,000,000 scoville units (a jalapeno is something like 3,000). Dave’s insanity has a few good ones, I have once called mustard gas (mustard based flame sauce), one of the more interesting ones is satins blood, food additive only hot sauce.
I'm a fan of the Tabasco brand Habenero sauce. It's hot, but it has a complex flavor and a sweetness that goes great on most things.
Hot sauces in general...I love em. Mmmmmmmm good stuff!

Awesome design and nicely executed, too. Interesting twist on the taichi (yin yang) and barbed wire.
As for hot sauces, I love 'em and use Tabasco far too much. Interestingly (or not) jalapenos make me sick at my stomach (literally) but not from the heat - just something in those buggers doesn't agree with me if I eat more than one. Strange intolerance. Not the same with other peppers.
BTW the world champion Jalapeno Speed Eater is from my town of Arlington, Tx. He's a rock star. :)
Toss some on your popcorn. Pop a batch of popcorn, toss some hot sauce on it, a sprinkle of garlic powder and some grated parmesan cheese and shake it up. I have been known to pop popcorn in pepper oil, I even made some habanero popcorn balls once, and they were actually pretty good.
I love the hot stuff. One of my ex-coworkers makes his own sauce. His wing sauce was outstanding, his regular hot sauce was the hottest thing I have ever had. He was trying to come up with a name for it. We just ended up calling it "Stupid".
