    New Bhut variety so I went conservative. Still has a good bite but next batch will bring the heat. These are very aromatic when pureed (made my eyes water when I took the top off the Vitamix) and I thought they might be a little hotter than they turned out. Really good flavor though. Wound up serving it with some fried catfish and hush puppies tonight. Eggs for tomorrow morning.
