I'm enjoying a Stone Ruination IPA, a definite favorite.
I just picked up a 4-pack of these fellas. 10.5% abv and some serious ibu's to boot. The ethanol flavor comes on a bit in the end, but overall, an astounding beer in my opinion...not that I would expect anything less from Sierra Nevada. I need to pick up a Pliny the Elder now so I can compare these two mega-hopped beers head to head.

I must admit that I was a bit hesitant buying this beer with a name like Muffin Top and brewed by a brewery named Clown Shoes. Boy was I wrong! This is a very tasty IPA, the hops just hit your nose like a sucker punch; very tasty. HOG

Man, looking at all these IPA's is driving me crazy. As a full time college student I'm forced to shelf my desire for quality microbrews and IPA's and drink what's on sale. This afternoon it was Pabst Blue Ribbon...

Tried this stout for the first time; that is the "foreign extra" and it knocked my hat and glasses off my head. WOW creamy and with an abundance of of roasted barley.HOG

In addition to lots of Guinness and quite a few car bombs I picked up a 4 pack of some 21st Amendment Allies Win the War and it was quite tasty. I'm a big fan of their Back in Black IPA, and would put them up there with other top breweries. Some of my other fav breweries right now New Belgium, Rogue, Terrapin, Sweetwater (aside from their sugary beers and their IPA), Oskar Blues, and Dogfish Head

Take note that I drank this last night, not this morning, hah.
Ha! The breakfast of champions! Someone once told me that beer was really just bubbly cereal in a bottle. I guess from an ingredient standpoint, that makes sense.Quote:
