I drink mainly blacks with milk & honey - I particularly like Lapsang Souchong and Assams (and like the two blended together), also Nepali blacks & Darjeeling. Occasionally my wife or I will brew up some Indian-style tea in a saucepan - lots of milk and sweetener, and Assam CTC leaves, some cardamom and ginger (and cloves, cinnamon & bay leaf, if I'm making it....my wife says those flavourings go best with mutton).
I've been getting my tea from Upton's mainly as they seem to have a good selection and decent prices.
