Seeing we're on the tea subject, just curious where those who drink loose leaf teas buy theirs. I have been using SpecialTeas out of CT for years but they merged with TeaVana, which appears to be a box type store for tea. I've also bought from Republic of Tea which I'll probably go to more often now that SpecialTeas is out of business.
The herbal teas I buy from Mountain Rose Herbs, which also sells loose leaf teas, however I haven't purchased anything but the herbals from them. I have quite a bit of tea for now so won't need any for a while.

I am lucky enough to have 2 locally owned specialty stores near me. Though one called Chocolate Tea also has a website that you can order from.
This store has the same tea brands that I could get in Iraq... Other than that, I just look around the internet I guess...

i ordered my lapsang souchong from a website called the english tea shop, they are in PA, and my puerh came from a company called Art of Tea out of CA. i am trying to look more locally, and have found a few tea shops around, have been to one of them, looking for more.
It may sound out there, but if you guys have any good coffee houses out there, sometimes they sell decent loose tea.Try those.;)
nightblade, i do have a tea room located in my area, although close is subjective when you live in the middle of nowhere, actually i found 2 rooms, one has the lapsang i like and the other has the puerh that i like, downside, both are more expensive, and in opposite directions from my house. oh well, cant win them all, so i find using the net to order from is easier and faster, and cheaper on the gas side of things, have to save that to go to my kung fu classes, and get to work.
here is something i found last night while looking at sites to purchase pu erh from, thought i would pass it on to others, im planning on ordering the larger size later this week.

no night, what working for me is the fact that i paid my phone/internet, and power bill up for the next 6 to 10 months, and that takes some of the worry out for me, so i can spend money on loose tea. It also helps that my wife is a big tea drinker, so she is happy to see me drink something other than coffee, that always seemed to cost me more and more each year.
