This is Shan Thuyet, a nice tea from Vietnam. It has a taste similar to Keemun. I ordered this one at Upton Tea. My experience with teas from Vietnam has been good, though not extensive, only tried about four. My favorite so far is Yen Bai sold by TeaGschwender, they have really nice shops in Chicago (I've visited) and New York.

I really like my mocca pot coffee in the morning; hand ground beans in the vintage Spong grinder. The flavour of that in the vintage French coffee bowl, with milk and sugar, is SO different from the same coffee in a French press an hour later at work.Quote:

Funny how you grow up in your respective country thinking how different your culture may be compared to another till you see a fellas life in pictures. Then you realize just how similar we all really are. :(
I brought my Keemun to work, switching from coffee to tea in the afternoons. I am heating up the water with the Tassimo.
That's awesome LS.....I bought a little 14 dollar hot pot and am going to get one of those collapsible coolers to make a portable tea station for work. I have a small Beehive pot (seen in many of my pic posts),so everything is relatively compact anyway. Those hot pots make boiling water in a snap. Good for you man. +1:)Quote:
