I wish I had gotten into tea earlier, maybe I wouldn't be as big as I am now if I had tried tea instead of becoming addicted to soda. My main concern though is wondering if too much tea may have adverse issues as well. I currently drink anywhere from 5-8 cups of tea a day. Mostly green/white teas with the occasional black tea tossed in (I'm still a major "Earl Grey" fan if I have a good one - had some godawful "Earl Grey" in the past.).
I am going to make a point to go through this post and make note of all the different teas mentioned here so that I can widen up my options a bit and try out something new here and there.
Also , where do you purchase your teas ? I have only been to "Souvia" , but have been looking through "Tattle Tea" and "The Republic of Tea" as well.
