My favorite online vendors:

In the USA, try Upton Tea, or Harney & Sons and TeaGschwender. The last two have tasting rooms in NYC and TeaGschwender also in chicago. You can order online. I like Bela's links, I'm going tpo check them out.
If you would like to try some wonderful Russian blends of tea, Cardullos in Boston sells Kusmi tea's which are heavenly Gourmet Food and Beverages | Cardullo's Gourmet Shoppe 800-491-8288 you can check out Kusmi's website for descriptions and history although they have not so user friendly online ordering and you can't reach them by phone at all.
I find these tea cakes lovely!
Unfortunately I have no idea about what they taste like. http://yoursmiles.org/tsmile/emb/t1833.gif
Could anyone provide any information on how they taste and what kinds of tea are these cakes?
Any recomendation?
Thank you.
70's oolong tuocha tonight in a 60ml gaiwan, thought I had finished this off a while back and was glad to find the last few grams still hiding at the back of the tea stash. Not on par with a good pu'erh of similar vintage but still lovely tea. Thick, sweet, medicinal stuff. Ideal to balance out the cold, damp weather and rain battering off the window.
