How far is that from Artesia NM? Tc
That's close enough to get some peanuts ! When I was working in Oklahoma , I'd go by Hydro and pick them up all the time ,, makes a great snack just stick a big bowl on the counter in the dog house , keep the roughnecks fueled up. Tc
Going to get my Greek Fix ,tomorrow night at "Glendi " ....a festival of all Greek Foods and the Deserts ..OH MY !!!!!!!
Not so much dinner but dessert. I saw a nice hunk of Callebaut 55% at the store and decided on a cake for the weekend.

Never posted on this thread before which is surprising because I am quite the cook. Anyways I present Lime vinaigrette marinated shrimp and USDA private stock prime rib (stupid tender and just the best steak ever) with some asparagus (olive oil and salt and pepper) and some local dairy blue cheese stuffed baby portabellas and red corn with local dairy butter and salt and pepper. I use just two seasonings one my steak very course ground pepper and old hickory smoke salt. Oh and olive oil but I don't count that because that goes on literally almost everything I cook.
