I like a nice wine, mostly fruity but not to sweet... My wife likes the "OVER THE TOP" sweet wines...
We have several vinyards in Iowa and I have tried a few, some good... SOME bad...

The first time I tasted it was in the restaurant Huset on the Norwegian Island of Svalbard back in 1999.
A few years later I was visiting Barcelona, and I asked the waitress what local wine she would recommend
to go with a good steak. It has been amongst my favorites since then.

Torres – Sangre de Toro. Soft, full bodied and not to many tannins.
Not really a wine of the day,Just got this double mag out of storage,going to let her settle till Christmas day when she will be served with my wifes Beef wellington.
