Been drinking French Press coffee for a long time and current coffee is Lavazza which just works great and has great crema even though it is pre-ground/vac'd.
Been using this:

Espresso Maker and it does really well for the not-too serious approach to coffee/espresso.
Lately I've started drinking coffee with just a bit of real butter and I was really surprised... Salty taste from the butter plays with the nuttiness of the beans and the cream in the butter works similar to regular cream though the oil does slick/float on top. Best added ingredient I've found in a while for French Press Coffee.
I really like the dark, rich flavor of black coffee and sugar in/with coffee just takes the flavor in all the wrong directions. Definitely going to have to check into roasting my own beans and Pour-Overs.
