Osage has a permenant spot in my post shave routine, which, though seemingly complex, is worth a try.
After rinsing, I do a rub with an alum block. Gives good feedback, closes pores and stops bleeders if there are any. I then putz around with the equipment...rinsing the bursh etc.
Facial treatment resumes with a cold water rinse, followed by a liberal application of with hazel, then the Osage Rub. Can get a good burn going on some days! I follow this with some Nivea scentless balm.
Wait, not done yet. Lastly...cologne of the day.
Now, while this sounds like alot....it works. The Osage scent does not last long....I'm left with the scent of my cologne.
And the cold rinse, witch hazel, osage and balm applications happen back to back and so quickly.....
Left with my old ugly face....but damn my skin is good.
