Try Colorado Sage by John Bell. Meets your specs and works for me.
The Speick aftershave splash has a very light and refreshing scent that fades quickly. It is marketed as being good for those with sensitive skin and is worth trying. I have it in my rotation and really like it.
If you have the money, Santa Maria Novella makes a wonderful after shave! I have it in Patchouli, and the scent is perfect, not overwhelming, and doesn't last too long. It fits all of your criteria, but I don't know how much you are willing to spend. SMN makes some of the best products around period--it's an Italian company with quite an impressive history.

If you are looking for just a splash and you like lavender, Puig makes an excellent product called Agua Lavanda (1940). Agua Lavanda comes in several presentations and it is said to be the preferred scent of Frank Sinatra. The splash is very light in scent.
