Thanked: 2Baxter of California after shave balm "Awsome"
Hey Everyone,
Thought you might want a little reveiw on this if you never tried it. So far almost everybody I let use has bought some. One of my soldiers let me use some and now here I am. First off this Baxters of California has alot of good products all in all. I bought their after shave balm from Details For Men - Grooming, Shaving, Skincare and Hair Care Products for Men I believe it was $12. First off its a balm so it doesent sting when you bout it on but it has mint in it which you can feel and smell. I guess the mint is also suppose to tighten up the skin a little. When you put it on it works in real nice but then like hydrate the skin from the insde so it dosent feel dry. I dont like the kind of balms that make you look like Mr Lotion Face. You only need a small amount so the bottle will probably last forever or so. Anyway thats my oppinion on it. If any buddy else has tryed it. Please, chime in and let everyone know what you think! Nate

Thanked: 155If it works for you, then go for it. From the ingredients, it appears to be glycerine, aloe, and tea tree oil mixed up with a ****tail of additives and preservatives used in commercial cosmetics. It also appears to contain menthol, not mint.

I guess I have to try this. So far, the best ones I have tried are Truefitt & Hill (Trafalgar and 1805 being my favorites) and Art of Shaving (sandalwood). How does these compare to Baxter?
