Picked up a bottle of Master's bay rum at the local Sally's last month in an effort to try something new and unique. Since Master's is pretty much just bay oil I figured that it would lend itself to infusing other scents into it. So for my experiment, I decanted about half the bottle into another glass bottle and dumped some cloves, cinnamon, and a healthy addition of pumpkin pie spice. I shook the bottle twice a day for about three weeks and filtered it through a coffee filter.

I am happy to report that the experiment was a complete success! Now I smell like bay rum and pumpkin pie! Seriously, though, it's a great combination...
