I use Clubman Bay Rum all the time, and it has the sort of scent that SWMBO love to skiff when ever I walk by,
better than love potion number 9!!!!!
Thanks !

How is the scent compared to DBR? Any idea on the ingredients? The closest b&m retailer that might carry both is in downtown Toronto, where only crazy people try to take their motor vehicles.
Update...my technique has improved greatly and now get more of a warm light tingle now. Though it'll let you know if you got any micro cuts that didn't quite appear visually :)
Even though I didn't shave this morning (growing a 2-day for a shave-test), I tried out the aftershave. Definitely heavy on the cloves but not unpleasantly so, passed the wife test. It's not just alcohol that evaporates easily, there's also a slight moisturizing component to it that I liked. All in all, it's a pass and the default choice next time I need a bay rum fix.
I like and use Pinaud Bay Rum. To me the most important thing is to get the stuff out of the plastic bottles. Maybe its just nose over matter, but I think I can tell a difference after a plastic contained product is placed and aged in glass for a while. And difference here is spelled IMPROVEMENT. I think that this is true for all plastic housed products. I'm sure its true for Pinaud. I've got a bottle of Lilac Vegetal in its original glass container. The LV in the new containers begins to smell like the old stuff after a short ageing in glass. When transfering the PBR to glass bottles, I also add a shot of scentless witch hazel and a couple of shots of scentless glycerin. This combination is as skin soothing as any high end balm that I've tried.
