I'll join, if you'll have me. Here's my first straight razor. Anyone have any idea on model/age?

These are the ebay pics, I picked it up for $20.50, which was about $5 more than I wanted to spend, but I still think I did OK.

Here's my first W&B, just got it and honed it up this afternoon. Huzzah! I get to join the club, don't I?!?

The horn scales have some bugbites, and the blade does have a bit of staining, but the honewear is negligible.

Darn Gary, everytime I look at one of your restorations, I want it too. Those W&Bs are beautiful!!! The condition of the etching on the first one is really great. If I only had the funds...
But, I really want that Greaves that you are holding for me too.
So many razors, so little money...

My Wade & Butcher
After looking for some time, and bidding without success, I finally snagged a Wade & Butcher I could afford (I've blown too much lately).
I took a flyer. The photos on ebay were not that good, but I ended up with a 15/16th barber notch quarter grind with black bone (I think) scales. Unique filigree engraving on the blade. I really don't think the blade has been honed previously. Scales had some scratches, a few minor shallow pits, mostly on the blade reverse. All I've done, and all I'm going to do, is polish with MAAS. Now I'm pretty much set. All that needs be done is hone her up.:D

Thanks guys.
I guess I never learned the numbers in typing class (yes, I'm old enough that it was typing class, not keyboarding). The blade is 13/16, not 15/16.
