It would seem you need no restoration skills where you sit.
Pick the nice ones! Easier than restoring, I tell you! Nice Clausses!

Guys seem to have used most of them up!
It is with a heavy heart that I feel it necessary to warn everybody about a member here. I’m not sure what his end game is so I will just relate the facts of the scam he just pulled on me and let you draw your own conclusions. Tom Whittlesey (or sharptonn which is the alias he uses here) noted my interest in Clauss razors. He reached out and offered me 2 razors of the 4 remaining from a 7 day set. He provided pictures showing bone scales, some tarnish and indicating just the amount of work I like to do with a vintage razor. The low-ball price he offered them at confirmed in my mind that I would have the opportunity to do some cleaning and polishing which is just right for me. I like to feel like I did something to bring a razor back to life but I don’t really have any restoration skills so these looked perfect for me. Imagine my shock and dismay when I received the package (by the way after an unconscionable wait of nearly 2 days) and opened it to see what is pictured below. The picture speaks for itself. Not only did Tom clean both razors up, he wrapped them in the very cool piece of Clauss marketing kit which they rest on. Consider yourselves warned.

Very cool, Mitch!
Happy to have found a real Clauss fan to get that to.
That thick fabric is wool, I think? Anyway, they would have laid the razors and scissors out on it to show their perspective customers.
Still some cleaning and polishing for you to do, as well as hone them up.
Enjoy! :chapeau
