    I don't usually opload pics of razors but I couldn't resist this one. Superb shaver, great edge holding, etching on both sides of the blade. The discoloration on the frame is probably a fingerprint, it is no rust.

    Default Heljestrand MK 33

    I seem to have forgotten to post in this thread.

    Here is my most beautiful Swede, all dressed up in sweet Ivory.

    Default Joh. Engstrom No 7

    Hallo, this is a Joh. Engstrom I bought for 1 € at a flea market.
    It's in bad conditions, but my restoration was just a very light one. The blade had a dent 1 mm. deep in the middle, I could take it out without changing the blade shape... The one who owned it before me went very heavy with he grinder!
    You hardly see it in the pictures, but at the right of "Sweden" there is a number 7, which makes me think it's the model.
    What is strange, comparing it to other Engstroms I saw, is that on the other side there isn't anything. No arrows anywhere, neither on the blade. I wonder: can it be a fake?
    However it is, it shaves very well!

    Far from being an expert, I do doubt it is a fake.

    @Birnando
    That's a beautifull one. Is it a No. 33?

    Eskilstuna Magasinet is the name of a hardware store. Norrköping is the town of that store.
    Which I guess means there were more than one Eskilstuna Magasinet. Eskilstuna is also the name of a city in Sweden.
