I've pretty much reached the same conclusion myself. The original scales has grown on me, and the feeling of having mine original has become important somehow.Quote:

It is a C-mon - Filarmonica, made for Peter J. Michels INC.
in Brooklyn New York.
The blade is 1" wide, hollow. It seems to be pretty much the same blade as a EPBD, with a wider spine than the DT's and Medallon Taurinos.
It is in great shape and will be put to the test this very evening.
I'm really exited about this razor:)

When Glen received my Fili for honing, he asked me to make sure I posted pictures, because he said it was different than others he'd seen. He described it as a "transitional" DT because he said it is not as "wedgy" as the newer model NOS blades recently sold by ClassicShaving...
