Very minimal honewear, same as you'd get on a new razor that has been vendor-sharpened. I have a Dovo from SRD, which came the same.

So excited to get my new Fillies! Red is mint. White is restored. Both have mineral oil on them in photos. Instantly two of my favorites in my collection.

I guess I was terribly unpolite about that. I'm sorry, never received a post notification until today.
Sadly, lost the link weeks ago.
I'm sure the blade is pre 1950, and scales aren't.
I think, despite personal opinions (this doesn't want to sound unpolite, english isn't my mother language), NOS means new and complete, but stored for years.
In this case, we've got an old blade with newer scales. Maybe both new, and old, and stored for years, but not NOS due to being pieces from two diferent razors.
At last, as said, blade is what do the work.
About dating: 1962 is the date of registering in the USA, not in Spain. There had been Doble Temple Fillies at least since 30's
Hope that helps.:o
This showed up in the mail yesterday, I just got a good edge on her and I'm pretty excited about shaving tomorrow morning :)
