Gave away my second Boker.
So, a friend of mine had a Birthday the other day. He had expressed a bit of an interest in Straight Razor shaving, so I decided I'd give him a good razor and a decent strop for his birthday. So, I picked him up a nice Boker King Cutter. If truth be told, in much better condition than the one I kept for myself.
I don't have any pictures of it handy right now (they are on my Fiance's computer), but I'll post some maybe tommorow. I'll admit, I felt a little bad giving it away.
It had a nice set of imitation ivory (celluloid or xynolite, maybe). The only flaw with the blade was a bit of the second T in King Cutter a bit chipped off (just the inlay). It honed up fantastic, with very, very little effort.
By the time I was done with it, I almost didn't want to give it away. Scatch that... I wanted it for my very own. :P
If you're going to set someone up, though, you might as well do it right.
