Default (SOLD) Feather Artist Club SS Faux Wood

    Gentlemen,
I bought this Feather Artist Club SS in Faux Wood some months ago and never used it. So it's been sitting in the rack and making faces at me. These are sweet shavers, and are the ideal straight razor for travel. New, they are priced at $139.95. Your price is $90 shipped U.S. Again, the razor is new and never used.

Pardon my ignorance. Do these use DE blades or specialized blades?

they do NOT use the DE blades. There are single edge blades available for them.

    Scott,
The Coach is right. They use the Artist Club type blade, a single edge blade dispensed from a cartridge. Many straight razors with replaceable blades require the double edge razor broken in half. Not the Feather Artist Club razors, the DX or SS. I use Feathers, which I think are the sharpest blades on earth.
