As far as I can tell, this razor is NOS - unhoned and unused.
The front of the blade has the one spot, and there are some small, light spots on the back. Nice blackened and "hammered" tang/tail. There is some residue on the front scale from where a price tag was once affixed.
The stamp on the back of the blade indicates this blade is from the Bradford, PA era.

I have never honed nor tested this razor, but I would assume it is not shave ready.

I'd like to get $150 shipped in the US with tracking, but I've been out of the game for a while, so feel free to make an offer if you feel that's too high.
