Four Very Nice Vintage Razors For Sale

Hi folks ALL FOUR RAZORS ARE SOLD !!

I am selling 4 very nice vintage razors. They are in really nice condition and they are all great shavers. All four were in my shaving rotation until about three weeks ago. The only reason I am selling is to help offset the cost of 4 NOS Pumas I bought.

The first razor is a Carl Monkhouse Star Razor. It is a 5/8 square point. On the tang is stamped Carl Monkhouse Solingen Made in Germany and next to that is a silver star. I do not know the age of the razor. I read that the "Star Razors" were very sought after. It in very nice condition and gives a great shave. Each of the razors will come Shave Ready, honed by me on Naniwa Super Stones finishing on a 12k, stropped on a fabric weave with Crx, stropped on a 3" wide English Bridle Leather, test shaved, stropped again, and sanitized in Barbicide.

The Second Razor is a Hess 9/16 Clear Scales Celluloid with Hess Trade mark. Tang Stamp on one side says HESS the other side says Hair Milk Laboratories St. Paul MN. Made in Germany. This razor comes with the original box and Shave Ready. Great Shaver. THE HESS RAZOR IS SOLD!!!!

Next is a Beautiful Silver Ring Blue Diamond Mad By Grah & Plumacher Solingen Germany. It has white faux pearl scales with the Blue Diamond emblem. It is a 5/8 square point and is an awesome shaver. Original Box.

Last but not Least is a Kross Keys Made by J. Nowill & Sons Sheffield England. It is a 5/8 round point hollow. Etching on the blade reads Warranted Made and Ground in Sheffield. My research says if it reads Sheffield England on the blade it could have been made up to the early 50s. If it says Sheffield no England as this one does it was made prior to 1891. It is a great collectible and has been in my regular shave rotation for a couple of years. Great Shaver.
