Default Near Mint Geneva Cutlery 5/8"

Extremely minty Geneva Cutlery Corp 6n 5/8" hollow ground USA made razor. This razor might not have ever been used except for a quick shave test by me (1" pass on my densest beard area), I didn't need to hone this one, just CrOx paddle and stropped, I'm quite sure it's the factory edge. Original box, tight scales. Cleanest Geneva I've ever seen

TC you are spot on. Rod has offered one heck of a deal. This razor made out of New York steel is the best I've ever seen for a razor with 60 or more years. This looks untouched. It will hone like a dream, give a buttery smooth shave with a feedback sounding like a knife putting jelly on toast. This gentleman is a keeper!

The scales are unusual...Looks like faux picbone or something.
The original collarless peens (done by some sort of press?) are of Genco signature.
    Neat razor.

Those scales feel really good in the hand as well, nice and non slip. I've never seen that design before

What a nice razor, hard to believe it is that old and really never used. If it hasn't sold by Monday, I just may have to buy it myself!

I'm with Tom on this. Those scales are very cool. And a good price to boot.

    Nice razor!
One of my first was a near mint Geneva, very good shave.
Alas I did not have the same respect for American blades back then and sold it for too cheap!!!

An incredibly fair deal on some hard, NY steel. If I was at all into 5/8 razors, this would be gone yesterday.
