The shank on this mysterious 6/8 reads A. Gardatte. At least I think that's what it reads. I know nothing about this razor, although I suspect it's a French razor. It's a 6/8 half hollow razor. The razor has considerable staining, but that does not detract from how it shaves: it's a sweet shaver. I'm sure the staining could easily be buffed off. Anyway, the pins are tight and the blade centers. If you're a newbie looking for a half hollow blade that will not break your bank, here is a good choice for you. The price includes U.S. shipping.
