How is the shave with this french wedge please ? Better or not, same possibilities like sheffield or german steels? Much different that a hollow ground ?

Its a nice shaver, I would say similar to a Sheffield I suppose, just depends if you like a blade with no flex, ( that tends to be my preference) as Ive only ever liked 1 or 2 seriously hollow ground razors.

I'm new and would like to get a couple (few? depending on price) razors with different grinds. If nono does not bite on this one, I think I might like to get it.

Also a question - I see that there was a sale recently that was a "starter set" - Is that something that comes up often?

And finally - It is far past bedtime, but when I get up I am going to also make a post in Buy/sell/trade regarding this - I restore vintage fountain pens and have a nice variety that I would love to just trade (at a great price) in lieu of paying cash, to cut out one step of my life for me , so that's an option if you are interested

It would need to be cash ie PayPal for me, I do post starter sets on here ever so often,
That one was very low in price especially when you factor in postage to USA is $25 due to size and weight and it had 3 razors in there that are shave ready!
Ive already got an enquire on this razor and I think its just pending payment.
