Warranted razor ID help needed

I recieved this razor in a package with a couple others, but despite my best attempts to stare at it. I cannot make out the name. There is a crown with what looks like a C under it, and then "James Tidm__sh", maybe Tidmarsh?

Any info would be great. Thanks.
