I only voted for square,,,,shucks I really don't know. It's what I have the most of and I like them for getting the detail areas or a missed hair or 2.
As for looks....they all look like razors to me :<0)

I don't care much, as long as the tip isn't like a scalpel. The true spike points are a pain to shave with and the point does nothing to help me personally.
Spanish is the most pleasing aesthetically, but any non-muted tip suits my shaving preference.
Basically my answer is 'anything but round'
French Spanish & notch got my vote , the Spanish really catches my fancy and i wish i had more of them !!
I like them all but if I had to pick one it would be French point.
Square or Spanish for me although I have very few I prefer the precision for sideburns
S.N.A.F.U. I did not read the post with care and only voted for one. I guess my least favorite would be the round. Let's see a photo/sketch of the Irish. Perhaps I have one and do not realize it. Again, s.n.a.f.u.
For shaving, I don't really like round/rounded-French. Maybe it's just because I don't use them often, but I find them imprecise. If a razor is going to be a spike, I prefer it on a smiling blade. The rest are good.
Aesthetically, I like notches, Spanish, and dreadnough's and dislike rounds.
These are, of course, tendencies.
I put the "Irish" point in the poll because I was trying to think of as many as I could and that came to my recollection. IIRC there is some debate as to whether Irish as a name for a razor point is of recent origin, or whether it dates back to the 19th century. Here is a photo from the SRP library demonstrating some point styles;

Most of my razors are round points but, sorry Jim, there was no "I don't care" option, so I didn't vote in the poll. I like them all.
