Razor ID: First Class

This NOS razor was given to my barber. Never heard of First Class or the Cutlery World on the coffin.

Any help on the ID will be appreciated

Dave, looks like First Class is commonly seen on Globusmen razors from Edmund Bergfeld and Sohn, Solingen.
They were around in 1932 but I expect gone before WWII.

Also seen on Pearl King razors but they are stamped for International Cutlery of NY so same resale deal as Cutlery World.
These also have the same look to me.

Years ago when I was searching everywhere, I found the South America site for Ebay. There were many First Class razors there at that time. I also read a history of the Boker brand and one of the Sons had an operation in Brazil.

You might want to keep the blade open. I do know Pearl Kings and Globusmen tend to do it as well

Already have Bob keeping it out of the coffin and in confined spaces. He has lost a couple due to bad gas

I wish I had become a barber. I always say barbers got it made.
Got you prisoner in that chair and work you over! In talking to my barber, always amazed at what is "donated" to her!
I guess fairly charging a little for a service leaves folks beholden!
