    Default 69 Thiers-Issard Garanti question

    I just got this razor from a relative and would like to use it. It isn't sharp enough as it is. It has a screw on the end of the blade and the blade looks like it will slide out. Almost as if it was made to be replaced. Is anyone familiar with this kind of razor and if this is the case. Looking for some direction.
