I just read that the auto ignition temp for some celuloid is 165c. This may or may not be accurate however the wuestion posed would require some clarification as to materials and if the razor was the thing burning or whether the objective were to burn something with a hot razor (human skin starts to burn at around 111 degrees farenheit)
