Some great suggestions, I had the same request and one of the many amazing artists on this site took on the challenge. It was a cracked dubl duck turned into a custom with bloodwood scales and a matching brush. I love it!

The Japanese Feather Artist Club SS straight razors, either folding or non-folding, uses 50 mm (2 inch) very sharp replaceable blades. I learned to straight shave using the Feather Artist Club SS non-folding razor. The Feather razor blades are famous for their sharpness that give close shaves for the entire face, even if you have a beard. I enjoyed using the non-folding razor because the straight handle combined with the 2 inch blade allowed more user friendly hand positions than folding razors but both types have 2 inch blades. The Feather Artist Club razor is still in my rotation.
My Double Duck Dwarf was 2.75" & I called it called "Notorious B.I.G."

Here's 2in razor I made I accidentally dropped the razor while restoring it a vintage Kropp and broke a piece off by the stabilizer, so I gently ground away the rest of the stabilizer and re-handled the razor to mimic a Kamisori turned out to be a nice little shaver very easy to use and especially hone.
