Ohio Amish Country
Went to Amish country on Saturday for a little hunting trip..Found a nice 5/8 Geneva Cutlery Co.....cleaned up nice...honed...shaved well this morning... Much to my surprise found "new" TI straights at Lehman's ....hardware store known for its "old time" items..6/8 "Bison" first TI for me..great shaver too.. Got some tastey baked goods too!!

That's not my hardware store, but I sure wish that it was. Nice find and beautiful razors.

nice finds. i've been to Lehmans a few times years ago. never thought of looking there for straights.

They added on... the place is huge! There is a whole section of bath soaps-shampoo etc... A very nice, "wet" shaving section..Merkur DE's, blades,brushes and mugs..Col Conk shave soap, along with several others...aftershaves... I was very happy to find the TI's in a small case...all new.. 5/8 and 6/8 different models... Originally Posted by tintin

Used to go there all the time. They have had a small selection of TI's forever. I thought this was well known. Awesome place!!

Never had a TI, but they have a great rep.
But I own a Geneva blade, and it is an outstanding shaver.
Both of those razors are gorgeous.
