Default First Straight Razor and hopefully more to come!

Just got this and I am sure it won't be my last. Switching from a safety razor to a Str8 will be different but I am excited.

Have not tried it yet but let you know. I see some cuts and nicks coming my way.

Welcome to SRP. That's a beautiful razor. Do you know if it's shave ready?

Got it from Fendrihan and it says pre-sharpened by Thiers Issard but not sure that means shave ready.
I have a place I town that does straight shaves and also gives a lesson. Going to pay for a lesson and make sure I get off to a good start.

Let us know how the lesson goes! We need all the details. I find it interesting and very cool that some barbers are doing this...
!! Enjoy the exquisite taste sharpening sharpening taste exquisite smooth. Please taste the taste enough to ride cutlery.

It usually doesn't mean that, unfortunately.
