Anyone have info on this razor?

I cannot seem to find an information on this razor, and before this post I only saw one article mentioning it. It was free so I'm not going to be upset if it's junk.

I just can't seem to find anything other thsn that it may have been a division of Clauss?

It's needs a lot of work but I think it will be great when I'm done with it. The steel is german so I'd assume it's alright.

It's hard to tell from the pics but the scales are that pretty clear green color you see on ottodeutsch razors.

What does the hone wear mean on the spine? I've never seen hone wear so even that matches the edge and spine. Is it save able??
