Did just that JT......Scott stated they do have horn material and could do this for an additional cost.

I have had my Portland Razor for about 6 weeks and am very satisfied. It shaves smooth with no pulling. I like the weight and stiffer feel of the quarter hollow blade. I am new to straight shaving but am starting to get shaves comparable to what my Muhle R41 produces, though it still takes me a lot longer.
As a side, I dropped and bent my razor the first week I had it. PRC repaired it on same day turn around and only charged me $5 for shipping. Great product and great customer service.
Hopefully you didn't try to catch it!...have stitched one or two of those mistakes up over the years...Ditto, how did you "bend" the blade? I have bent edges but never a blade although I have seen them shatter or fracture when dropped any significant distance...
I'm with them. How did you bend it & where did it bend, the blade itself or the tang/tail? I have one I purchased from a mod when I had the money & so far it is a very nice straight razor! I'm happy with it but the question remains a mystery to me as to how, where, why it bent & how high did it fall? Scott, the owner is a great guy & he answers your questions pretty fast but he's very busy also. I would like to get another but I would need to fall into a money pit. I took a chance awhile back on the box I needed for my 7 day Green Lizard set plus a Filly but I had sold some things on eBay at the time.
Dropped it in sink, hit on the point and bent it pretty badly. Repair was excellent, looks new.
