Interpreting Boker tree stamping is like reading tea leaves to me. Having said that it would be my guess that you are correct, 1924 to 1935 time frame going by the link. Just to add a little more STRAZORS.com - all about classic razors - H.Boker & Co, Solingen. .

I don't know about the new ones but I have a couple of vintage Boker King Cutters and they are very fine shavers. I think you are in for a treat. Actually any of the vintage Bokers I have do a fine job.

+1 to what Bob said, I don't usually leave a King Cutter for someone else to grab when I find them They take a great edge. They are however a bit delicate and if dropped are not likely to survive.

2 of my favorites are Bokers.
One was a gift from Colin, also a king cutter with an irish or French point. I'd never re gift that one!
    You will enjoy it.
    Cheers.
