The W&B in the second link is gorgeous, I love the spine. I have a couple of razors like this myself. The Elliot Damascus Steel is a particularly fine shaver.

Normally I would never want a non Fenney Tally Ho but that CT Bingham has me drooling. I would kill for the it. My tally ho collection is all Fenney but I would make an exception for that one.
This is peculiar. Your Joseph Smith and Son is the same as my Fredrick Reynolds. Same blond horn scales same blade shape and even the exact same etching. I wonder what that means. Why would two competing cutlers have the same design on there blades. Was one copying the other? If so, who copied who. I have seen multiple FR's with this etching but yours is the first JS & Sons I have seen with this etching.
Quite the find I'll be watching for some restorations. The box is really nice!
