Wm Stenton & Sons + 1 inch find.
Pick up this old wedge this weekend at a local Antique Flea Market.
A Wm Stenton & Son, Again Superior 1846-1860. It is over 1 in wide and in good condition with a slight hollow ground and a smile. Very little spine wear and pitting, the heel still had an edge that would cut arm hair, thick Pine scales and lead wedge that does not do much, “pinned” with countersunk, brass screws and nuts.
