Go to your PP acct and the invoice will usually be there.

I do not have a paypal account. I have bought other things online (not related to SR) and never had to create one?

I thought you contact them with what you want and they send you a bill with total charges to include shipping to your address and then you pay them with a link they provide and that they use PayPal. You can still pay I believe using your credit card through PayPal and not necessarily need a PP account. Could be wrong on this though.

Contact them and ask what payment methods do they take.
If they take PP then you have to have an account to be able to pay them. I believe another popular method for purchasing from Germany is bank transfer.

Yes, I don't have a PP account either and paid by PP using a CC for things on the net. Once you have done the paying PP will give you the option to create an account if you want. I did not need to create an account with PP to pay using PP. I don't know if all sites are set up like that or not.

I emailed Revisor 6 days ago about a query with the EU Vat and postage charges to SA. I got the standard "we have received your message..." and I haven't heard a word since.

Never had an issue. Email what you want and pay through PayPal website.

I have replied to them, waiting on an answer. in the mean time just wanted to start this thread for anyone else trying to buy a revisor razor. I think I've read on other threads, people having difficulty buying a razor from them. there purchasing method is a little different, that's all. If someone has purchased a razor from them maybe they could write up a sticky with instrustions
