Joseph Rodgers and Sons 6/8 Round Point Hollow - Help With Date

Here is a new to me razor I grabbed very affordably. I am hoping to get a date range...based on a few things I have seen, I appears to be between 1891 and 1901-ish....but I have not seen any information on hollow round points. Here she is!

I'm really a rookie at this, but wouldn't that be pre 1891? I thought if it were later, it would have to have country of oragin stamped on it. I see Sheffield, but not England or Eng.

England is on the tang in the first photo, but some glare is washing it out.
