From your photos I cannot tell if they are translucent or opaque. They look opaqe which would make them most likely horn.
They are translucent but saturated in neatsfoot oil at the moment to help bring them back to life.
They actually have some green in them as well.
Looking at the photos, I would say they're horn.

Wow! That is an oldie! Could be tortoise. Some will be along about Skidmore.
99.9% sure that is horn, especially given the delamination and green hues. If memory serves me, Joseph Skidmore from Sheffield.
